Clean Shelter gUG is a Germany-based nonprofit founded by a Palestinian and an Israeli in response to the urgent humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Their mission combines immediate relief with long-term, locally driven solutions. Since January 2024, they've delivered life-saving services - clean water, toilets, sanitary infrastructure, and shelter repairs - to thousands of displaced families.
They now provide safe drinking water to 550 families every day and maintain sewage systems supporting over 10,000 people. Earlier this year, they restored water pipelines in 6 neighborhoods in Khan Younis, benefiting over 120,000 people!
